How Long Will I Wait To Receive My Package?

It all depends on your location, you can receive your package in hours, or to a maximum of two days. For USA & CANADA orders above $299, we do discrete overnight delivery and next-day delivery for orders placed before 11:59.

How Do You Package Your Shipment?

We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use a vacuum seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you purchased weed so no nosy neighbors would know it is anything other than a regular package from the post office.

Who Is Eligible To Order?

Only qualified clients over the age of 18 are able to purchase on our site. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, CashApp as forms of payment. The payment instructions will be provided upon check out. When you finish placing your order an invoice will be provided with the following instructions such as the PayPal email address, or CashApp $tag required to complete your payment process. What taxes do you charge on products?

We do not charge anything. Taxes are already included in our prices.

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping within the US & Canada is set at a flat rate of $8 regardless of order or size.

How do I order products?

Ordering is quick and easy.
Visit the “Products” page and review our products by clicking the product title.
Point to a product and choose “ADD TO CART” or “OPTIONS” to choose the weight of the product; then “ADD TO CART”.
Click the “CART” or “VIEW CART” when you are done and review your order.
Remove items by clicking the “X” button. Add/reduce quantities by clicking the “+” and “-“ buttons beside a product. Click “UPDATE CART”.
Click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” when ready.
Review your billing details, shipping details, and order details.
Choose “PLACE ORDER” when you are done;
Check your email for a confirmation letter and the next steps to issue a payment.
Send your payment and make sure it was processed. We will then process and ship your order.

What safety and security is offered with my order?

What happens after I make a payment?

The order will be processed and may take up to three business days. The order will be marked as processing and will not be processed if your payment is not confirmed.

Why is my order on hold?

Generally, when you place an order, it automatically enters our system to be on hold. Please note once we receive your payment, your order status will change to processing then be processed and shipped out within three business days excluding weekends. For orders that change to processing during the weekend, they will be shipped out the following Monday. In the event where we have not received your payment within 48 hours, our system will cancel the order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow you to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. What you can do is contact us at and we can cancel that for you, and you are able to place a new order and follow the payment instructions for that new order instead.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We offer Priority Mail Delivery on all orders. Please note that this service usually arrives within 2-3 business days to most parts in Canada as advertised by Canada Post & 1 to 3 business days in the United States as advertised by USPS. In some cases if you reside in a rural area or small population city, it may take up to 4 business days.

Why do I still not have a tracking number?

If you sent your payment and your order went to processing and still don’t have a tracking number by 8 PM EST by the following business day please contact and one of our customer service representatives will take a look. If your order is still on hold, that means we have not received your payment yet and your order has not been processed.

How come my order hasn’t arrived yet? My Delivery is Late?

The tracking number sent to you through the email address you provide us will usually show the expected delivery date of your package. If there has been no update past the delivery date, please contact with your order number in the subject line and one of our customer service representatives would be glad to assist you. We will then contact the delivery service on your behalf and open a service ticket for your package. Once a service ticket has been opened, they will try and locate your package which can take anywhere between 5 to 7 business days. In most cases, once we file a trace for your package it does usually tend to arrive the next day.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

We offer full insurance for your order, meaning if it gets lost, or stolen we will replace your package. This usually never happens however we like to give our clients full confidence when purchasing from us. We do not offer replacement packages on your order if the tracking number says delivered.

My tracking number says, “Successfully Delivered”, but my package has still not arrived or my tracking has not updated. What should I do?

Postal workers may have accidentally delivered your package to the wrong address. They may occasionally drop packages at your neighbors’ homes or wrong mailbox. Ask your neighbors if they saw it or simply look around their premises. You may also check the community mailbox.
Postal workers may also have scanned a package as “successfully delivered” but it will actually arrive the next business day. Please allow a few extra business days to see if you package arrives.

Why does my package appear to have been sent to another city when looking at tracking pages?

If you’re tracking your package and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.

I had entered my address incorrectly but the order has shipped.

If a package has been delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. Please update your shipping address immediately and notify one of our members right away. We do not cover any packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer negligence.
